Malipetek.dev Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms govern your use of Malipetek.dev, the client portal at malipetek.dev/portal, sites hosted under malipetek.online, and assistants connected to your account (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Muhammet Ali Petek (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or filing a request you accept these Terms.

The Service

Malipetek.dev is a self-serve software contracting service. You file a request describing the work; we approve or decline it; an AI agent does the work in a copy of your project; a human reviews it before anything ships, at the attention level you chose. You can track every request, message, and price in the portal.

Accounts

• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your email address reachable.
• One account per person or organization. Do not share sign-in links or access tokens.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or unlawful requests.

Requests, Approval, and Attention

• Nothing starts without approval. Every request is reviewed before work begins. We may decline, ask for clarification, or propose a different scope.
• Attention levels. You pick how closely work is checked (Autopilot, Checked, Hands-on). Higher scrutiny means more human time and therefore a higher price.
• Budgets. You may set a budget on a request. Work will not exceed it without asking you first.
• Preview before publish. Completed work lands on a preview first. Publishing to production happens only through the recorded flow — by you where publishing is enabled for your account, or by us.

Connected Assistants and Services

• You may connect your own AI assistant (such as the ChatGPT app or another MCP client) to your account through the consent screen. Actions your assistant takes within its granted permissions — filing requests, replying, submitting changes — count as actions by you. You can revoke it at any time in the portal.
• Work submitted by your own assistant is still subject to our approval and review before anything ships.
• You may connect a GitHub account or organization to keep a project’s code in your own repositories. Access is limited to the repositories you select, is used only while work runs, and can be revoked on GitHub at any time.
• We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or conduct of third-party services you connect; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Pricing and Payment

• Work is metered, not quoted in tiers: the operator’s measured time at $100/hour, billed by the second, plus the actual cost of the AI run at cost with no markup. Each request shows its running price in the portal.
• Work performed by your own connected assistant carries no AI-run charge on our bill; you pay only for human time.
• Invoices are payable by the methods stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month.
• We may decline or pause work while amounts are overdue.

Intellectual Property

• Your work product. On payment, the deliverables produced for your request — code, content, and site output — are assigned to you, excluding our pre-existing platform, tooling, and templates.
• Our platform. We retain all rights in the portal, agents, templates, and hosting machinery used to produce the work.
• Your materials. You retain all rights in materials you provide. You grant us the license needed to process them for your requests.

Acceptable Use

You will not use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive; to infringe third-party rights; to attack, probe, or overload the platform or other clients’ data; or to submit content you have no right to share, including other people’s confidential data or credentials.

Confidentiality

We treat your requests, project files, and business information as confidential and use them only to provide the Services, except as needed to comply with law.

Warranties and Disclaimers

• We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill.
• Work is produced by AI agents with human review at the attention level you selected. You review previews and approve publication. Except as stated, the Services and deliverables are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the platform, connected third parties, or hosted sites.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the request giving rise to the claim, or to the fees paid in the preceding three months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or for the acts of assistants or services you connect.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or for abuse. Sections on payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and failing that, in the courts of Istanbul.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance.
