Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Malipetek.dev:

Use of Services

  1. Client responsibilities: provide accurate information and pay on agreed schedule.
  2. Malipetek.dev responsibilities: deliver the agreed package or written scope within the confirmed delivery boundary.

Payment Terms

  1. Store package prices are shown on the relevant package and checkout pages.
  2. Payment methods are confirmed in writing before work starts.
  3. Larger or custom work requires written scope confirmation before payment.
  4. Late payments may pause delivery or trigger late fees where agreed in writing.

Delivery, Refund, and Cancellation

Delivery, refund, and cancellation rules are described in the Delivery, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Digital service delivery may be sent by email, repository pull request, deployed URL, written handoff note, or another written digital delivery route.

Intellectual Property

  1. Malipetek.dev retains ownership of service outputs and tooling unless otherwise transferred in contract.
  2. Client receives use rights for project duration.
  3. Client keeps their materials (logos, texts, images, etc.).

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project information confidential unless disclosed with written consent.

Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the project unless law requires otherwise.
