Engagement model
I work best with founders and small teams who need a product engineer that can hold the whole system in view: user flow, backend shape, agent behavior, integrations, deployment, and operations.
Good fit: You have a product idea, messy MVP, agent workflow, or integration problem and need the first real scope.
Output: A concise architecture/scope pass, risks, next milestone, rough effort range, and the build path I would actually trust.
Good fit: You need one hard workflow made real, or an existing AI-assisted/product system stabilized.
Output: A working prototype, critical path cleanup, deployment path, or rescue pass with visible before/after behavior.
Good fit: You need fractional ownership across UI, backend, agents, integrations, deployment, dashboards, and operations.
Output: A shipped product surface and ongoing engineering support, usually 10-25 hours/week remote async.
Boundary
I do not do unpaid architecture or implementation plans. I am happy to do a short paid discovery/scope pass, then we can decide whether to continue into prototype or build.
Availability
Preferred availability is 10-25 hours/week. I am based in Istanbul and overlap well with Europe, plus async-friendly US teams that value clear written progress.
