Malipetek.dev sells fixed-scope remote software implementation packages and related digital service deliverables.

Delivery

Delivery is remote. Depending on the purchased package, delivery may be sent by email, repository pull request, deployed URL, written handoff note, recorded async explanation, or a combination of these.

Each package page states its delivery estimate. The delivery period starts after all required buyer inputs, access permissions, scope confirmations, and payment steps are complete.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If work has not started, the buyer may request cancellation by emailing malipetek@gmail.com.

If payment has already been made and no work has started, a refund is issued through the original payment method where possible, or through an agreed bank transfer when necessary.

Cancellation After Work Starts

After work starts, cancellation depends on the work already delivered and the cost already incurred. If a partial refund is appropriate, the amount is calculated based on undelivered scope.

Scope Mismatch

If the requested work does not match the purchased package, Malipetek.dev may decline the order before payment or propose a written custom scope. If payment was already made and the order is declined before work starts, the payment is refunded.

Digital Service Delivery

Because these are digital service packages, there is no physical shipping. Delivery and refund questions should be sent to malipetek@gmail.com.
